- Premium polyester tension cords resist stretching to ensure the belt does not loose tension and power capacity over time.
- Transverse fiber rubber increases rigidity strength while allowing the belt to flex around pulleys and idlers.
- Dual wrapped for increased grip strength and greater wear resistance. This specialized wrap is rubber impregnated to fuse with the belt’s core during vulcanization.

Petrobas, Reposol YPF and Capsa Capex in Patagonia’s desert region of South America have discovered the advantages of RED POWER no-maintenance belts.
In test trials under normal operating conditions each company was replacing their 5V belts at 9,850 operational hours on average. When they used RED POWER 5V belts in the same application they increased belt lifespan to over 23,000 operational hours.
In other applications, under adverse conditions, belt lifespan was increased from 1,500 operational hours to over 16,000 hours!
